Ms. Rebecca Givens, Vice President of Operations

Rebecca Givens, Vice President of Operations, has been with the company 22 years. Ms. Givens combined her comprehensive industry experience with her passion for superior service when she helped create our Client Services Department. Her significant responsibilities as VP of Operations include the exercise and management of: IT, Data Entry, Collections and Payment Processing. These operational departments address the needs of over 1,000 clients nationwide and support the needs of the Company’s employees. While her department’s principal focus is client support and satisfaction, Ms. Givens is also responsible for increasing service revenue for the company from our installed client base.

Ms. Givens is an active member of ACA International and has been Executive Secretary of Tennessee Collectors Association for the past thirteen years. In 2009, Ms. Givens became the President of that association. Before joining Payment America, she was employed as an x-ray and laboratory technician and also as a medical customer service representative for 12 years.
