CLIENT SERVICES

The Client Services team is managed by its Director, Ms. Rebecca Givens, who through her staff of seven team members, is responsible for overall client satisfaction. Her experienced staff of agents and specialists is task organized to deliver prompt, courtesy and end-point solutions to clients’ needs. With in depth knowledge of the Company’s Flexible Automated Collection System (FACS) software and other company operating systems, her team can manage virtually every aspect of the client relationship. If situations arise that are beyond the scope of their ability, the team will engage the support of internal personnel and resources as appropriate.

Newly launched in 2008 is the Client Service Specialist team. This team’s mission is to proactively visit with clients in the field. In doing so, the team assures satisfaction by probing and soliciting direct input from our client base. Additionally, each Specialist is charged with the responsibility to conduct quarter business reviews (QBR) with key clients. Their use of our Balanced Scorecard is a means by which mutual performance standards and expectations can be routinely managed.

The Client Services team is an integral component of Payment America’s value proposition. It assumes responsibility for “satisfaction after the sale.” The company’s client retention rate is due, in large part, to the superior attitude of service and the commitment of this team.
